FAI Consultancy is the trading name of Francesca McCarthy, operating as a sole trader. Francesca Wood is the professional name used publicly by the business.
By using this website, downloading resources, submitting an enquiry or booking a call, you agree to use this site and its content responsibly.
These website terms do not replace any separate written proposal, statement of work or consultancy agreement. Where a separate agreement is in place, that agreement will take priority for the services described in it.

FAI Consultancy provides hospitality AI consultancy services, including AI readiness assessments, workflow advisory and implementation support.
Free resources, case studies, checklists, prompts and website content are provided for general information only. They are designed to help hospitality businesses think more clearly about AI opportunities, but they are not tailored advice unless agreed separately in writing.
Most assessment work is delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed. On-site work, workshop delivery or implementation support may be scoped and quoted separately.
FAI Consultancy does not provide legal, financial, tax or investment advice.

FAI Consultancy may use AI tools and automation to support research, drafting, workflow planning, resource delivery and consultancy work.
AI-supported outputs are reviewed by a human before being relied on in client work, but AI tools can still produce incomplete or inaccurate information. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to use any recommendation, resource, prompt or workflow suggestion.
Website content and downloadable resources are provided in good faith, but FAI Consultancy does not guarantee that they will produce a particular business, operational or financial result.

Where paid consultancy services are agreed, fees, payment dates, deliverables and cancellation terms will be set out in a separate proposal, invoice or consultancy agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable by bank transfer by the due date stated on the invoice.
For business-to-business consultancy work, FAI Consultancy may charge interest on late commercial payments where permitted by law.
Deposits, staged payments, cancellations and refunds will be handled according to the written terms agreed for the relevant service.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, FAI Consultancy retains ownership of its methods, frameworks, templates, tools, know-how, prompts, resources and pre-existing materials.
Where bespoke deliverables are created for a client, ownership or usage rights will be set out in the relevant proposal or consultancy agreement.
You may not copy, resell, adapt, distribute or use FAI Consultancy resources, templates, frameworks or website content to create a competing service without written permission.
Free resources downloaded from this website are for your own internal business use only.

FAI Consultancy provides website content, resources and consultancy recommendations with reasonable care, but no guarantee is given that any particular outcome will be achieved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FAI Consultancy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill or decisions made based on general website content or free resources.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
