Hi, I'm Francesca. I've spent nearly 20 years in hotel and resort management, so I've lived pretty much every operational headache there is.

My background is in hospitality operations and commercial strategy. I've worked inside the industry long enough to know that most hospitality businesses aren't losing money because of poor service or lack of demand. They're losing it because their systems can't keep up with them.

The irony is that the people running these businesses care deeply about the guest experience. That's why they got into hospitality in the first place. But when the admin is relentless and the processes are held together with spreadsheets and goodwill, the guest experience is the thing that suffers.

So I set up FAI Consultancy to fix that. Practical AI implementation that takes the operational noise off your plate, so you can get back to the part of the job that actually matters.

What I actually do

The work is practical. No jargon, no generic frameworks, no recommendations that sit in a folder and gather dust.

Every engagement starts with a clear picture of where the business is losing money, across every department, every revenue stream, every gap in the operation. From there, the focus is on building systems that are straightforward enough for your team to actually use, and commercial enough to pay for themselves quickly.

That means things like:

  • Automated enquiry handling so nothing falls through the cracks

  • Cross-department workflows that reduce repetitive admin

  • AI tools that help your team work faster without working harder

  • Data and reporting that gives you a real picture of performance

The goal isn't to make your business more technical. It's to make it more efficient, more profitable, and easier to run.

Why hospitality?

Hospitality is where I started and where I've stayed. It's an industry built on people and experience, which means it deserves systems that support that, not complicate it.

AI done well should free your team up to focus on guests. Not tie them to screens.

That's the version of AI I build.

Who this is for

The businesses that get the most from this work are the ones that are genuinely good at hospitality. Great guest experience, loyal customers, real demand. But haven't yet built the operational infrastructure to match what they've created.

Usually turning over £1M or more. Often running across multiple departments or revenue streams. Almost always relying on a small number of people to hold more together than they should have to.

If you recognise that picture, you're in the right place.

A note on the name

My middle name is Fay. When it met my passion for AI, FAI Consultancy was born. Simple as that.
