AI Strategy, Assessment and Implementation for Hospitality

Work with me

I have worked in hospitality. I know what the back office actually looks like, where the real pressure sits, and which problems AI can genuinely solve.

Every engagement starts with an honest picture of where your business stands. From there, the work follows a structured path. Each stage builds on the last. Each one is a separate engagement. You take the output and decide what comes next.

Stage 1

The AI Readiness Assessment

The starting point. Always.

A structured assessment across every department in your business, covering 75 questions across 15 hospitality-specific themes. Guest communications, revenue management, booking systems, marketing, finance, HR, data infrastructure, and more.

What you get at the end is an AI Readiness Report: a clear, benchmarked picture of where your business sits against the sector, where the biggest gaps are, and what a phased roadmap to address them looks like.

This is a diagnostic, not a sales pitch for the next stage. You can take the report, share it with your board, and act on it however you choose. Many clients do exactly that. Others decide they want help turning the findings into a concrete plan, which is where Stage 2 comes in.

What's included: Structured interviews with key stakeholders across your operation, review of current systems and processes, full AI Readiness Report with benchmarking, SWOT analysis, impact modelling, and a phased 12-month roadmap.

Stage 2

The AI Transformation Map

Most AI consultants will hand you a list of tools to try. This is not that.

The AI Transformation Map goes into the detail of how your business actually runs. We interview your team and map every workflow across every department to identify exactly where AI can be integrated to create real operational value -- not theoretical value, not a pitch deck, but a clear picture of what is possible in your specific operation.

The difference that matters: we are building AI into the structure of your business, not bolting tools onto the outside of it. Where off-the-shelf solutions are the right fit, we will tell you. Where they are not, we design something that is.

This stage produces two outputs: a Value Mapping Report and an Implementation Report. The Implementation Report is the document your team, your tech partners, or your build provider uses to actually construct the systems your business needs. It is specific, sequenced, and grounded in how your operation actually works.

The Transformation Map also includes a team workshop to shift how your people think about AI, not just how they use it. The businesses where AI takes hold are the ones where the team understands why it is there. We build that in.

Because every business that reaches this stage has different complexity, scope, and priorities, the investment is agreed before any work begins based on what your AI Assessment has identified.

Stage 3

The AI Infrastructure Build

This is where the work gets built.

The AI Infrastructure Build takes the Implementation Report from Stage 2 and turns it into a functioning AI operation. Systems integrated, workflows automated, and AI embedded into the day-to-day running of your business.

We manage the full build process from start to finish: tool selection and configuration, custom system design where off-the-shelf does not fit, workflow integration, team training, and a structured rollout that minimises disruption and maximises adoption.

The goal is a business that runs smarter without running harder. Your team spends less time on repetitive work and more time delivering the guest experiences that actually drive your reputation and revenue.

Scope and investment are agreed based on the complexity of your operation and the outputs of your AI Transformation Map.
