Every month we gather for a live roundtable. A technology supplier takes the floor for a 20 to 30 minute demo, followed by honest questions from people who actually know what they are looking at. Between sessions the community is open for discussion, problem sharing, recommendations and the kind of conversations that do not happen in public.

Francesca Fay Wood is the founder of FAI Consultancy. She has 20 years of hands-on hospitality management experience including General Manager of a four star hotel, Head of Sales at a multi-property luxury resort, and multi-site venue and accommodation management.
She is not a tech person who learned hospitality. She is a hospitality person who learned AI. That is the difference.
